Groupe BPCE’s two brands rank No.1 among full-service banks in terms of customer satisfaction vis-à-vis their mobile applications.

Banque Populaire and the Caisse d’Epargne rank No.1 among full-service banks in terms of customer satisfaction with their mobile applications, putting them in second place in the “level of use” category, and at the top of the “transformation dynamic” category, and as far as the Group’s ability to attract new talent is concerned, according to the digital performance rating agency, D-Rating, which published, on January 30, the 2019 retail banking activity ratings of banking groups doing business in France.

These fine results have enabled the networks to improve their ranking compared to last year and to obtain a “BBB” rating, once again in the “Digital Transformer” category. D-rating notes that Groupe BPCE’s rating is improving thanks to a good transformation dynamic, adding that the Group’s performance in terms of customer experience is close to, and in some respects even exceeds, the best market standards.

But it is above all in the daily lives of customers that this recognition is expressed: in 2019, nearly 75% of the networks’ principal active customers used one of the two brands’ digital channels.
This performance illustrates the relevance of the “Digital Inside” strategy launched at the end of 2018 by the Group in order to make the digital dimension an integral part of its business activities but also to increase its ability to deliver.
