Caisse d’Epargne, a regional cooperative bank that has always enjoyed pioneering status in periods of change, is back in the limelight with a new advertising campaign aimed at French people wanting to carry out renovation work to reduce their energy bills.

At the end of January 2024, Caisse d’Epargne published its 1st barometer review devoted to the ecological transition based on a poll carried out with Harris interactive among members of the general public, professionals, businesses, and local authorities. What emerged was a sense of urgency to speed up the pace of the ecological transition, and the need for help to do this, particularly in terms of financing.

To overcome this financial obstacle, Caisse d’Epargne is offering the Rénov’Energie loan: a loan specifically designed for energy renovation work carried out by private individuals who can benefit from a 3-month deferral option. Against a backdrop of severe pressure on purchasing power, this deferred repayment period means that the French can carry out their renovation work without waiting, and start repaying later.
