From February 6 to 19, 2023, the Courchevel and Méribel ski resorts will be hosting the Alpine World Ski Championships, for which the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes is a national partner.
This historic event will gather together the world’s elite in alpine skiing and bring international visibility to this French region.
600 male and female skiers, 6 disciplines, 75 nations, 150,000 spectators, 500 million TV viewers
For a period of 12 days, the eyes of the world will be riveted on this unique Alpine domain, a magnificent arena for the world’s skiing elite! This event is also a popular venue where the public comes to celebrate their passion for sport and their love of the mountains.
And the French team can already celebrate a fine victory in the combined event for Alexis Pinturault, crowned world champion for the second time in his career.
The Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes, the leading national partner of the Alpine World Ski Championships, will be welcoming its customers and employees for a number of exceptional moments, offering the ‘Mountain Bank’ a unique opportunity to support the sustainable development of the French mountains and all the players helping to promote their prestige and attractiveness.
The Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes has been a partner of the French Ski Federation for 26 years and wishes all the best to the French athletes competing in these championships with a special word, however, for Coralie Frasse-Sombet, a native of Chamrousse (a ski resort not far from Grenoble in the French Alps) and a member of the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes Ski Team.
