The BPCE Group is proud to be a partner of the Diversity & Inclusion Grand Prix 2025. This partnership aligns with our strategic project VISION 2030 and our commitment to being an employer that makes a difference in people’s lives.
Organized by AFL Diversity, this event aims to highlight exemplary initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion. As a main partner, the Groupe BPCE intends to encourage concrete actions and share best practices in diversity and inclusion.
The Grand Prix meetings, held on March 27 in Paris, marked the launch of the call for applications for the 4th edition of the Grand Prix. If you are a company, association, foundation, or local authority, share your inspiring actions in diversity and inclusion. Applications are open until June 30, 2025, on the website (French only). The winners will be honored during the awards ceremony on October 14th.
Staying true to its cooperative values, the Groupe BPCE promotes the engagement of its more than 100,000 employees by providing conditions that support their development and well-being at work. Creating a work environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and heard is at the heart of the group’s priorities. This commitment is reflected in the implementation of awareness programs, support for local initiatives like employee networks (Les elles of the Groupe BPCE, Les Essenti’Elles, All Equals, etc.), and the promotion of an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
