In celebration of Pride Month, Groupe BPCE reaffirms its commitment to the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals in the workplace. Each member of BPCE’s management board, alongside Nicolas Namias, has signed L’Autre Cercle’s LGBT+ commitment charter, marking a new milestone in this initiative.

Concrete commitments

BPCE has made four commitments to its employees, aiming to create an inclusive environment for LGBT+ individuals, to ensure equal rights and treatment for all regardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity, to support victims of discriminatory remarks or actions, and to measure progress while sharing best practices to improve the overall professional environment.

These new commitments build on the actions initiated by Groupe BPCE over the past several years, such as the implementation of a comprehensive awareness and anti-discrimination program, as well as support for the internal LGBT+ network, All Equals.

Contribute together to a more caring and respectful work environment

The companies within Groupe BPCE can rely on the All Equals network to implement their actions in support of the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals. Established in 2020, All Equals brings together over 1,000 employees of Groupe BPCE worldwide and organizes numerous events to promote equality and inclusion of all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Specific awareness-raising actions are also organized during Pride Month, including a panel discussion on the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals in the workplace, the publication of a guide, and self-assessment tools on inclusion.

Groupe BPCE will also be a partner of the 24th Pride House for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, an inclusive venue aimed at promoting access to sports without discrimination. Groupe BPCE thus demonstrates its concrete commitment to the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals and continues to work towards a caring and respectful work environment for all its employees.
