The Caisse d’Epargne and Pramex International offer their complementary expertise to French SMEs and ISEs to further their ambitions for international business development.
Business organizations, buffeted by the ongoing crisis, are preparing for economic recovery and the expansion of their operations in the international arena, a major growth driver for their activities.
But this ambition raises a host of questions: is my company ready? What steps should exporters take to guard against commercial risk, country risk, and the risk of non-payment? What laws, legal and administrative procedures must be complied with? What are the consequences of the public health crisis? To address these difficult issues and support companies in the pursuit of their international expansion ambitions, the Caisse d’Epargne wanted to broaden its range of services in this area by signing a partnership agreement with Pramex International, a Groupe BPCE subsidiary and the No.1 French consulting firm for international business development.
Until now, the Banque Populaire network had been Pramex’s preferred partner for international business development services offered to the SME and ISE customers of its retail banking institutions. Building on the success of this collaboration, Pramex wanted to “open up” its expertise to include the network of the Caisses d’Epargne.
Thanks to this new partnership, the Caisses d’Epargne will be able to draw on the know-how of Pramex’s network of experts both in France and abroad to provide senior managers and financial directors with the best possible support to ensure a successful outcome for their new business location projects… as is already the case for nearly 1,000 SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises (ISEs) every year. For its part, Pramex International will be able to count on the Caisse d’Epargne’s expertise in processing and securing banking transactions, project finance, foreign exchange and cash management services, and factoring.
