The series of three videos produced by Konbini in partnership with Groupe BPCE highlights six athletes and para athletes supported by the Group’s companies, competing in three different sports.

The name of the series deconstructs the popular expression “It’s not the same sport” to show the passion and commitment shared equally by athletes and para-athletes alike. This first partnership between the Group and the online media group Konbini reveals the Group’s commitment to sport in a new light.

Produced within the framework of the Group’s Premium Partnership of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, this series highlights some of the athletes and para athletes supported by Groupe BPCE and its brands. The videos explain why their practice of sport is the same irrespective of their validity, and how spectators enjoy the same performance and the same emotions in both cases.

In the 1st episode in the series, the focus is on athletics with Wilhem Belocian, a 110-meter hurdler supported by Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, and Dimitri Jozwicki, a 100-meter sprinter para athlete supported by Natixis Investment Managers.

The 2nd episode in the series is dedicated to judo, with Sandrine Martinet, a para judokata supported by Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté, and Amandine Buchard, a judokata supported by Ostrum Asset Management.

The 3rd and final episode in the series highlights fencing, with Romain Cannone, a fencer supported by BPCE Services Financiers, and Gaëtan Charlot, a para fencer supported by Groupe BPCE’s T&O.
