Natixis Assurances wins an award for its instant claims payment service

Natixis Assurances picked up the Argus d’Or prize in the “claims management” category, thanks to its instant payment service.
The 15th Argus d’Or ceremony for the insurance industry was held on Tuesday April 9 in Paris and attracted 400 participants. The prizes are awarded to the best innovations on the market and service/products developed by insurance players. Natixis Assurances won the Argus d’Or prize in the “claims management” category for its instant payment service.
The service launched in July 2018 enables insurees filing claims to be reimbursed immediately via an instant payment transfer. To date, some 10,000 claims payments have been made via the instant payment service.
