Groupe BPCE continues to optimize its document management system
Groupe BPCE is pursuing its transformation program and the implementation of industrial synergies in accordance with its “Another way to grow” strategic plan and is calling on the services of DocOne, a leading player in the field of desktop publishing and solutions for the dematerialization of incoming document flows.
Created in partnership with the Diffusion Plus and Numen groups, two French SMEs specializing in multi-channel document management, the DocOne joint venture aims to modernize Groupe BPCE's publishing activities: the production and management of printing flows are thus ensured by a common “hub” for all Groupe BPCE entities.
Modernizing the new Toulouse processing centerA vector for communicating with customers, the production of documents – creation, management, distribution, production, archiving – is also a major expense item for a company: the switch to very high-speed color inkjet printing is a good example of innovation in management and marketing documents and the optimization of publishing and postage costs. The brand new Toulouse processing center will be equipped with this new equipment over the summer thanks to the acquisition of two Xerox Trivor Impika printers, a world first.
