International Women's Rights Day: Groupe BPCE confirms its commitment to gender equality

Groupe BPCE has set itself ambitious gender equality targets within the framework of its TEC 2020 strategic plan

Since 2015, 32 Group companies have obtained the gender equality label, awarded by AFNOR. This label is given in recognition for the work carried out by the Group's companies and their various initiatives – which are frequently innovative – designed to show that diversity is everybody's business. In 2017, 42.3% of the Group’s executive staff and 24.1% of its senior managers were women. In its new TEC 2020 strategic plan, the Group has set itself the objective of having 45% of executive positions and 30% of senior management positions held by women. These ambitious objectives reflect the Group's commitment to gender diversity.
