A Digital Bus to train our employees

To make our employees in all the different regions of France perfectly at ease with digital technology – a vital tool for the successful transformation of our activities – the ‘Digital Bus’ concept was developed within Groupe BPCE companies.

Thus, for Banque Populaire Méditerranée, the Bus has covered a total of 1,200 km in recent weeks and provided more than 700 employees with training in the new digital tools. For the Caisse d'Epargne Loire Centre, this initiative provided an opportunity to present new technologies such as biometrics, eye tracking and the banking applications of the future and, for Natixis Assurances, it was a way to present the new functionalities of the IT tools made available to the company’s personnel.
