Three Groupe BPCE companies finance and co-arrange the "Lille Forum" partnership project

This public-private partnership, lasting for a total of 24 years and 11 months and signed on January 24 earlier this year, aims to bring together the 1,400 members of the administrative services of the Nord département, currently scattered throughout Lille, onto the Forum site.

This project, worth a total of 83 million euros, will be managed by a project company controlled by FIDEPPP 2, the Group's investment fund specializing in infrastructure projects, through the 70% equity interest it acquired for an investment of 2.4 million euros. The Financière Duval and Vinci companies are responsible for construction work on the building while Dalkia will take charge of maintenance work.

The Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France and Crédit Foncier co-arranged the project’s short-term and long-term loans for a total of €63 million and are respectively account-holders for one loan and credit agents and hedging bank for the other.

This operation provides a very good example of synergies and collaboration between Group entities in the area of complex financing solutions and confirms the status of the Caisse d'Epargne Hauts de France as a key player in infrastructure financing in its catchment area.
