Argus d'Or 2020 for Natixis Assurances’ TEC#CARE customer portal

One year after winning the Argus d'Or gold prize for its Instant Payment solution, Natixis Assurances receives an award in the claims management category.

This year, the Argus d'Or ceremony chose a 100% digital format to highlight twelve outstanding innovations. On this occasion, Natixis Assurances was awarded the Argus d'Or gold prize in the claims management category for its TEC#CARE customer portal!

This new portal enables policyholders to submit and track their claims online with a view to making life easier for customers after filing their claims. Accessible from the Caisses d'Epargne banking portal, the TEC#CARE portal is available 24 hours a day on all types of media (PCs, tablet devices, smartphones); navigation is intuitive and the portal offers a wealth of functionalities (downloading documents, choice of repairer, uploading of photos with remote damage appraisal, etc.).  The portal corresponds to changes in policyholders' consumption patterns. It also enhances the support provided to claims managers who can access the files in real time on their workstations, with an on-screen presentation identical to the one seen by the customer to facilitate the managers’ ability to guide them.

The portal, which has already been available to Caisse d'Epargne policyholders for several months, is already a great success! 10,000 claims declarations have already been made without the intervention of a manager, with the customer being guided perfectly through the claims submission process.
