#Bougezchezvous! with Armel Le Cléac'h
March 26th marked the launch of the #Bougezchezvous! (“Keep moving at home”) operation launched by Paris 2024 and the French sports movement.
The aim of this operation is to bring together and promote a wealth of practical tips designed to encourage physical activity at home but also – and above all – to conduct an ongoing dialogue between athletes and the French public with a view to forging links and creating opportunities for people to join together in group initiatives during this special lockdown period. All this will be achieved through a series of challenges and initiatives staged by the athletes themselves to encourage the French to keep moving at home!
This Wednesday, April 1st at 5:00 pm, Armel Le Cléac'h, the Banque Populaire skipper, will be taking part in the operation.
Armel will be sharing his precious advice with Internet users to help them get the very most out of this stay-at-home period. It will also give him an opportunity to relate a few personal anecdotes, review some of the highlights of his career, share his lockdown kit (books, films, series... how athletes fill their time) and present some exercises that viewers can then practice at home.
