Thanks to a simplified and optimized navigation experience, visitors – whether individual or professional customers – will now enjoy easy access to content and products tailored to their specific needs and to the key milestones in their lives. Access to simulations and online loan applications (car, consumer, equipment, and real estate loans) in addition to savings products has also been simplified, enabling Internet users, wherever they happen to be on the website, to define and realize their various projects.
Finally, new features, such as the modernized FAQ section, enable visitors to carry out a maximum number of operations independently.
To help ensure the success of its current and prospective customers, the website offers advice and expertise in the form of thematic pages tailored, once again, to the needs and key milestones in its customers’ lives: buying real estate, setting up a business, transferring assets, etc. The possibility of easily finding a branch (store locator) or contacting an advisor at any time during the navigation process (it’s possible to send emails or book appointments directly online) has also been redesigned to enhance a sense of local presence and establish a link between the digital dimension and the network of brick & mortar Banque Populaire branches.
To support all current and prospective customers – notably customers with disabilities but also seniors – the need to ensure digital accessibility for all was prioritized at every stage in the project, from the website’s initial design to its technical development. No configuration is now required, everything is accessible from the moment users make their first connection to the site.
Navigation is also adapted to, and perfectly fluid on, all types of devices: computers, smartphones, and tablets.
The national website will be launched first of all, followed by the Banque Populaire regional sites in April and May.
