Celebrating sport in companies with the Groupe BPCE Sports Days

Organized from September 24 to 27 by the Groupe BPCE Sports Association, the Sports Days attracted nearly 750 employees from 34 Groupe BPCE companies to the seaside town of Seignosse in the Landes region of France. They all came to celebrate sport and its values, and to challenge each other in a range of disciplines: running, petanque, futsal, cycling trips, chess, and tennis.  

Thanks to the numerous competitions organized at regular intervals (despite what is still a rather tense health situation), the Groupe BPCE Sports Days have naturally led to a further strengthening of Groupe BPCE's already firm commitment to all the different players in the world of sport: institutions, local authorities, federations, clubs, high-level or amateur sportsmen and women, as well as the Group’s own personnel.  Over the last 5 years, nearly 15,000 employees have taken part in the various competitions – badminton, ball-trap, basketball, bowling, chess, cross-country skiing, cycling trips, cycling, downhill skiing, futsal, go-karting, golf, handball, hiking, jogging, motorcycling, mountain biking petanque, sailing, snowboarding, soccer, squash, table tennis, and tennis – organized by the Groupe BPCE Sports Association ! 

By stimulating a sense of cohesion, emulation, and competitiveness, this event also provided an opportunity to strengthen the collective momentum around the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, which Groupe BPCE supports in its capacity as a Premium Partner. See you in two years’ time!
