LinkedIn Top Companies: Groupe BPCE is the 2nd-highest banking group in the ranking
Coming in 8th position among the 25 companies that offer the best career opportunities in France according to LinkedIn, the Group is also the second–highest banking group in the ranking.
The Top Companies 2021 ranking was designed by LinkedIn as “a tool to help you find a job and develop your career.” For its 5th edition, a review of the methodology behind the analysis was conducted to reflect the many changes sweeping through the world of work. It is now based on 7 criteria deemed “essential” in the development of an individual’s career path (such as the ability to advance, skills growth, or gender diversity…).
The ranking, which is dominated by French companies (a particularity noted by LinkedIn), also includes a number of industrial groups (Safran, ENGIE, Groupe Renault, Vinci, etc.) and IT services companies (Capgemini, Thales, Dassault Systèmes, etc.) in the top places alongside banking groups. A few lines of text for each company explain the type of profiles sought in the analysis.
