Natixis signs the L’Autre Cercle Charter of LGBT+ Commitment
This commitment, made by all the members of the Senior Management Committee, reinforces Natixis' diversity & inclusion policy aimed at fostering a work environment that respects every individual and in which everyone can be themselves, feel supported and heard, irrespective of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
The signing of the L’Autre Cercle charter is an important step that confirms Natixis' commitment to improving the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the company and ties in with initiatives already taken and, in particular, the company’s support for the creation of LGBT+ networks: Natixis Pride Network, created in London in November 2019, followed by the All Equal network, founded in 2020, which has several hundred members worldwide.
