Helping candidates in their search and simplifying their navigation around the site are the main objectives of the Group’s new careers website.
Thanks to its conversational module, the Group's careers website now offers its 760,000 annual visitors* simple and rapid access to job offers tailored to each user’s profile (student, recent graduate, experienced worker, or manager). The site has been enriched with testimonials from employees about their jobs, advice on how to apply, and descriptions of all the Group's business activities and entities. Candidates can also create notification alerts and submit their CVs.
More than 1,100 job offers in all the Group's different companies are listed, in sales (sales advisors, customer managers, corporate account managers) but also in digital design (product owner, UX designer), IT (design and development engineer, IT developer) and finance, along with vacancies at an international level (Investment Director, Financial Risk Framework).
Groupe BPCE and its 100,000 employees go to form the 2nd largest banking group in France. In view of digital and societal transformations, the Group wants to attract the best talents in the fields of banking, insurance, asset management, and retail banking. Last year, more than 6,000 people were recruited on permanent contracts, 4,000 on fixed-term contracts, and 3,000 on work-study contracts**.
