Natixis Corporate & Investment Baking, working alongside La Banque Postale, has arranged and placed a Euro Private Placement (Euro-PP) with a bond issue linked to ESG criteria on behalf of Ramsay Santé, the leading European private hospitalization and primary care provider. The purpose of this long-term funding is to finance the general requirements of the healthcare group and support its future growth.
