The Abbé Pierre Foundation and Surf Insertion thank the employees of Groupe BPCE for their commitment
Within the framework of the in-house mobilization program devoted to Paris 2024, Groupe BPCE employees voted at the end of 2021 for the projects pursued by associations and NGOs to which they wanted to make financial donations. One year later, representatives from these entities tell us in a video what these donations have enabled them to achieve so far.
As a partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, Groupe BPCE has been pursuing since 2019 an ambitious in-house mobilization program known as ‘IMAGINE 2024.’ A major feature of this program is Team IMAGINE 2024, a collaborative engagement platform open to all Group employees. The aim of this initiative is to use a points system to encourage our people to take up sporting activities and to be more socially committed.
In 2021, thanks to the votes of employees active on the Team IMAGINE 2024 platform, the Abbé Pierre Foundation and the Surf Insertion association received an endowment for the pursuit of their solidarity projects: the development of Solidarity Shops for the former, and the promotion of wave sports and environmental education for the latter.
One year later, representatives from these two entities describe the large number of actions that were made possible thanks to this donation.
