The Group present at MIPIM
The largest international tradeshow for real estate professionals was held in Cannes from March 15 to 18, 2022.
This event provided an opportunity for several Group entities (notably Banque Populaire, the Caisse d'Epargne, Socfim, BPCE Lease, BPCE Real Estate Solutions, and CEGC) and their customers in the regional professional real estate market (developers, investors, property dealers, and planners) to forge closer relationships, swap ideas, and develop new projects.
The Group is currently reasserting its position as one of the front-ranking bankers in the real estate sector. Despite the difficult business environment, it generated one quarter of all real estate financing in France thanks to its acknowledged expertise and its strong capacity for innovation and by adapting rapidly to new customer needs.
The Group supports its clients as a veritable entrepreneur, acting as an all-inclusive partner for their projects by providing financing (of course) but also insurance, cash flow management solutions, complex financing arrangements along with services related to acquisition-driven growth, business transfers, and asset management.
The Group's strong regional presence enables it to be present in all market segments: new/old-build residential properties, offices, retail premises, hotels, logistics, etc. Significant synergies are being developed between the Group's different entities in terms of origination, financing and syndication but also with third-party international partners.
