The social commitment of the Group's employees is given concrete expression
The representatives of partner associations and NGOs have officially received their grants to pursue their different solidarity projects.
Groupe BPCE, a partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, has been pursuing an ambitious in-house mobilization initiative since 2019: IMAGINE 2024. One of the major features of this initiative is Team IMAGINE 2024, a collaborative platform for social commitment open to all Group employees. The aim of this platform is to encourage employees to take up sporting activities and to become more committed to social causes via a points system that subsequently enables them to support projects organized by partner associations and NGOs of national and international standing.
After the first year of their activities, the employees were able to see their commitment given concrete expression with the official presentation of grants to the three institutions chosen within the framework of the initiative. Donations worth a total of €150,000 will be shared between Surf Insertion, the Abbé Pierre Foundation, and Action contre la Faim in support of three solidarity projects: the promotion of wave sports and environmental education, the development of Solidarity Shops and, finally, providing access to drinking water in Liberia.
Support, social solidarity, education, collective action and diversity: the mobilization of the Group's employees has made it possible to give concrete expression to these values. Congratulations to them all!
