The Caisse d’Epargne is using the film On a dit aux Dubois (“We told the Dubois family”) to promote its new range of service packages designed for families, commercially available since November.
To illustrate the Caisse d’Epargne’s determination to support its customers locally, the advertising film, produced by the Altmann+Pacreau agency, depicts the five members of the Dubois family going about their daily lives.
The Caisse d’Epargne’s new day-to-day banking offer – known as Les Formules (“The Formulas”) – is based on the simple idea of adapting the service packages to the needs of all types of families. Customers can choose their package from three levels of support, depending on the type of bankcard and the services they require, and allow the whole family (up to eight children) to benefit from them. It also includes digital services, such as mobile payment solutions and a mobile application to enable subscribers to manage their accounts and bankcards from their smartphones.
The campaign is currently being broadcast on TV and radio, via the regional press and social networks, and in bank branches.
