The Maxi Banque Populaire XI heads back to Lorient

Armel noticed that the fin under the keel of the boat had broken. He consequently changed course for the Maxi Banque Populaire XI’s technical base in Lorient.
The Banque Populaire skipper is safe, the route to Lorient (about ten hours’ sailing) will be completed in manageable conditions. All feasible solutions will be examined with the Banque Populaire Team for the continuation of this Route du Rhum competition.
