Sport & Patronage
Actively involved in the life of the region and in the lives of the men and women who bring it their energy and imagination, Banque Populaire Bourgogne Franche-Comté (BPBFC) has for many years supported projects contributing to the influence of Burgundy Franche-Comté and the Ain region beyond its geographical borders.
Its commitment finds expression in 3 major areas:
- Making culture accessible to all (Regional Youth Information Center, the Dijon Opera, the Citadel of Besançon, the FRAC Franche-Comté regional collection of contemporary art, the La Rodia concert hall, music festivals, etc.);
- Sport as a vector of inclusion (sponsoring of Sandrine Martinet, a Paralympic judoka, and Léa Ferney, a table tennis player, support for the Chablis marathon, sports clubs, etc.);
- Commitment to actions promoting sustainability (Reforest'action, protecting and restoring fauna and flora with the Citadel of Besançon, the Citadel gardens, etc.).
