BPCE Assurances provides all the non-life insurance products marketed in France by the Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne, and their associate banks, to their individual and professional customers.
BPCE Assurances designs and manages policies for car and two-wheeler insurance cover, comprehensive home insurance, individual and group supplementary health insurance, personal accident coverage, multimedia device insurance, legal protection, non-banking insurance, and remote surveillance.
The management of policyholders' claims is entrusted to BPCE Assurances' claims management centers located in Martillac and Mérignac (in the Gironde département in southwestern France). Organized in call centers, the remote administrators receive claims declarations from policyholders and manage their files. The reception and customer relations platform in Mérignac and Dijon is dedicated to all other requests from policyholders (contract endorsements, increased coverage, certificates, etc.).
