ACTIVITIES

Languedoc-Roussillon is an extremely vibrant region where the entities and individuals that comprise it share the same entrepreneurial spirit, the same taste for challenges, and the same determination to succeed.

To support their ambitions, nearly 1,350 employees of the Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon mobilize their efforts every day to support all the different projects creating value for our region and its inhabitants. In 2021, the bank granted new loans worth more than 3 billion euros to the region's residents, economic players, and local authorities.

The bank’s ambition: to support the development of companies and the realization of the life projects of all its customers, to contribute to the construction of useful infrastructure projects and to the financing of new real estate programs.

The bank’s vocation: to be useful to everyone in the greater interest of all. In 2021, the Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon innovated and imagined new solutions for its customers. It also mobilized is resources in response to the Covid pandemic in order to satisfy its customers’ expectations and enable them to cope with the health crisis.

Remaining close to its customers and offering mobile and multi-channel services, the Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon continues to reinvent itself with a view to offering the very best in human and digital technologies, in order to be a high-performance, socially responsible bancassurance specialist committed to, and firmly rooted in, its catchment area. These are the values that form the essential DNA and strength of its cooperative business model.

Sport & Patronage

Every year, the Caisse d'Epargne Languedoc-Roussillon devotes part of its profits to social solidarity actions. Over the past 20 years, we have subsidized more than 1,500 projects for a total of 30 million euros. Supporting research in the field of health, helping the underprivileged, preserving our environment, and promoting our heritage and culture all form part of our philanthropy policy.

Being a regional cooperative bank also means contributing to everything that creates value in our territory. This naturally includes sport and culture. Our heritage is exceptional, our know-how is undeniable, and our talents are numerous: supporting the preservation and future development of this wealth is an integral part of our identity.

This is what enables us to be “another kind” of bank. In keeping with our values of social utility, we have forged long-standing partnerships with a large number of sports clubs (soccer, handball, rugby, volleyball, etc.) and cultural & artistic entities that bring life and vitality to our territory.
