Activities

The Caisse d'Epargne Normandie, the only bank to cover the whole of Normandy, serves all types of customers: individuals, professionals, businesses, start-ups, players in the social economy, real estate and social housing sectors, protected persons, institutions and local authorities. The bank strives to provide the best possible level of service in all areas: collection and management of savings & deposits, loans, payment equipment, wealth management, real estate, insurance, etc.

In its capacity as a cooperative, digital and local banking institution, it is a major contributor to regional economic development. The savings & deposits it collects locally are reinvested in the region to finance major local projects and businesses. Through its equity activity, it is also in a position to support these ventures by acquiring a stake in their capital.

As a company pursuing a philanthropic mission, the Caisse d'Epargne Normandie is the leading Normandy sponsor of the social & solidarity economy and of the voluntary sector, and is the first French bank to be awarded the B-Corp label.

Sport & Patronage

The Caisse d'Epargne Normandie has been a partner of the HAC Handball women's team since 2017. This highly significant partnership, going beyond all questions of public image, testifies to the bank’s desire to promote gender equality in sport. The savings bank has also been supporting, since 2018, a men's handball team from Caen: the Vikings.

Within the framework of its partnership with the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, the Caisse d'Epargne Normandie is also supporting Florian Merrien, a high-level sportsman from Normandy ranked third worldwide in disabled table tennis, and Margaux Bailleul, a young rowing champion from Le Havre, as they prepare for this major sporting event.
At the same time, the bank is financing two 3x3 basketball courts in Rouen to encourage all members of the public to take up this sporting discipline; it is also a partner of the multi-sports facility in the MoHo center in Caen.
