Activities

The Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin, a regional banking & insurance provider working closely with the local communities in which it has developed strong local roots, defends a set of values that it shares with its 670,000 customers and 175,000 cooperative shareholders.
For the past 200 years, it has pursued its mission of being useful to all and of satisfying its customers’ expectations by meeting their economic, social, environmental, and societal needs with a view to furthering the development of local and regional France.
By providing universal banking services at a local level, it supports all types of customers – individuals, professionals, companies, institutions, associations and local players – and is committed within local communities to action against all forms of exclusion.

With its 1,336 employees working in 143 branches and 4 business centers in both rural and urban areas of the Limousin and Auvergne regions, the Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin guarantees a close relationship with its customers and remains constantly attentive to the needs of its territories and their residents. Its ambition is to maintain a strong local presence with a network of branches and experts driven by efficiency and a winning spirit, working closely with its customers and adapted to local realities.

As a responsible and engaged corporate citizen, it pursues a resolutely social, societal, and environmental policy fully integrated into its corporate strategy and governance. In this way, it sends a powerful signal and reasserts its status as a company determined to assume the impact of its decisions, as a company that creates new value in its catchment areas, and is committed to the sustainable development of its business activities.

Sport & Patronage

The regional savings bank is committed to creating a more enterprising and supportive society by backing local initiatives focused on culture and heritage, education and young people, economic activities, and a more inclusive practice of sport.
A total of 166 entities were supported in 2021, including 37 through sponsorship agreements, for a total budget of nearly 450,000 euros.
For further details about these sponsorship actions, see our Sponsorship Blog

The Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin is committed to promoting a more socially inclusive practice of sport. It is because we are driven by the desire to be useful to our territories and to the men and women who drive their development that we support meaningful local projects that favor equal opportunities. Among other things, we contribute to:

  • Supporting local associations and entities active in the world of sport; we already sponsor some twenty structures and individual athletes,
  • Promoting parasports in order to change people’s perception of disabilities,
  • Renovating and building sporting facilities that are accessible to all,
  • Promoting physical activity among our employees, customers and local residents.

The Caisse d'Epargne Auvergne Limousin is stepping up its commitment in this area with a budget of one million euros between now and 2024: see Pacte Utile
