Revised Shareholder Rights Directive

In accordance with the revised Shareholder Rights Directive and, more particularly, the Identification Services relating to the exercise of certain rights of shareholders in listed companies, the publication below describes the fees charged for the service provided by Groupe BPCE within the framework of SRD II.
This publication applies to Groupe BPCE acting through its EuroTitres department in its capacity as an ‘intermediary’ within the meaning of SRD II.
