Activities

The Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur is a 100% cooperative bank and 100% useful in the services rendered to its region. It provides support to nearly 653,000 clients, including 154,271 cooperative shareholders, through a network of 117 branches, 4 wealth management centers, 4 multi-market business centers, and 4 other specialized business centers thanks to the motivation of its almost 1,600 employees.

The bank covers two French départements – the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var – in addition to the Principality of Monaco. It serves all types of clients: private individuals, professionals, companies, entities active in the social economy, institutions, and local authorities. It also supports the region’s economic growth sectors via specific structures dedicated to boating, prestige real estate, winegrowing, perfumery, tourism, and healthcare. It aims at supporting all its clients as they complete their environmental transition. It provides the optimum level of service in all its different business areas: insurance, the collection and management of savings deposits, the disbursement of loans, means of payment equipment, asset management, real estate projects, and a rage of “green” financing and savings products.

Sport & Patronage

The Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur has been historically committed to serving the needs of its territories and to being an active agent of change. This commitment is consistent with its cooperative business model as a 100% regional banking/insurance company playing a pioneering role in societal transitions and an institution wholly owned by its cooperative shareholders.

For many years, the savings bank has been a convinced promoter of corporate philanthropy, lending its support to local players focused on social solidarity, social integration, sport, disabled sports, independent living for the disabled and the elderly, and sustainable development. In 2023, the CECAZ devoted more than 1 million euros to corporate philanthropy, including 750,703 euros devoted to local philanthropic initiatives.

It also supports entities active in its regional sports sector of its region and, with its sponsorship of several sports clubs, makes a positive contribution to local life by favoring the practice of sport for all and the emergence of new sporting talent. As a Premium Partner bank of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur supports 4 high-level French athletes: Elodie Lorandi, Margot Chevrier, Fabien Lamirault, and Léo Bergère.

Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur has drawn up an active partnership and corporate philanthropy policy which it is determined to pursue over the long term.
