At the heart of a world-renowned wine-growing region, the Caisse d’Epargne de Bourgogne Franche-Comté many years ago created Vitibanque, a department specifically devoted to the wine industry. This individual industry approach has now been extended to include other business areas, notably the healthcare and medical/social sectors through its Health Experts Division. It also supports the many competitiveness clusters contributing to the dynamism of the local economy.

Sport & Patronage

Building on its strong regional presence and cooperative values, the Caisse d’Epargne de Bourgogne Franche-Comté supports local sporting talent. This commitment is currently reflected in its sponsorship of 7 athletes within the framework of the Pacte Utile (‘Useful Pact’) program.

As a major player in sponsorship and patronage, the Group has been supporting iconic regional sports clubs for many years – JDA, ELAN, DFCO, AJA, USON, ESBF, etc. – that help to enhance the region’s reputation beyond its borders and play a major social role thanks to their support for athletes in their professional transition. More generally, it also finances numerous local sporting facilities to promote easier access to sport.

The Caisse d’Epargne de Bourgogne Franche-Comté is also a corporate patron and talent scout, supporting local artists and a large number of cultural events, such as the Festival D’Jazz à Nevers. Every two years, it provides young students at the Dijon School of Music with a cello crafted by a local instrument maker.
