Pillar III

The Pillar III report provides information about Groupe BPCE's risks and, as such, complies with Regulation No. 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions (Capital Requirements Regulation – CRR) and Directive No. 2013/36 on access to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions (Capital Requirements Directive IV – CRD IV).

For years prior to 2016, refer to the Pillar III section of the chapter on risks in the registration document.
