A pact with more than 240 high-level athletes
Groupe BPCE has set up a major support system for hopeful or confirmed athletes as they prepare themselves for their competitions but the group also helps them to pursue their individual professional projects with the backing, in particular, of the Performance Pact, a scheme run by the French Sports foundation.
Thanks to the firm commitment of Banque Populaire, Caisse d'Epargne, CASDEN Banque Populaire, Crédit Coopératif, Natixis, Banque Palatine, Oney, BPCE..., more than 240 athletes and para-athletes coming from all parts of mainland France and French overseas territories will benefit from this program through corporate patronage, sponsorship, training and retraining operations designed to help them achieve their dual sporting and professional projects.
The Group's companies are working with each of them to build a personalized relationship to provide them with peace of mind as they prepare for their forthcoming sporting events – the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, in particular – and enable them to start preparing now for their new professional careers at the end of their sporting lives.
