Béatrice Lafaurie

Head of Human Resources, Member of the Management Board

Béatrice Lafaurie has been a member of the Management Board of BPCE, head of Human Resources since May 23, 2021.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, she holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management awarded by the university of Paris Dauphine. She began her career in human resources in the Crédit Agricole Group, working in its life insurance subsidiary Prédica. She then joined the Caisse d'Epargne Group where she worked in the Corporate HR Department before moving to Crédit Foncier as HR Manager until 2007. 

She then joined the SNCF national railway company, where she successively held the positions of Recruitment Manager, Regional HR Manager, HR Manager of the high-speed rail branch, and then Head of HR Development for the Group. After 2015, she served as Head of Human Resources for SNCF Mobilités and was appointed Director of Human Resources for SNCF Voyageurs, and member of the company’s Executive Committee, upon its creation in 2020.
