Hélène Madar has been Member of the Management Board of BPCE, Head of Retail Banking & Insurance since April 1, 2023.

After obtaining a doctorate in economics from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and holding marketing functions within different banking networks, Hélène Madar joined Banque Populaire du Nord in 2014 as Head of the Network and Business Development.  

She was then appointed Head of Solutions in BPCE’s Retail Banking & Insurance Division.

Since January 2022, she has been Chief Executive Officer of Banque Populaire du Nord.
